Title: Mods Creation Monthly Contest (MCMC)

Welcome to "Mods Creation Monthly Contest"

Rules:
1. You have to create a mod and submit it within a month (mod you have to create depends on theme)
2. Multiplayer Mod is not allowed
3. Theme should be - CLEO, SCM, Skins, Map, Vehicles etc.
4. The deadline date can't be extended.
5. You have only create one mod.
6. Mod can be created only on month's theme.
7. Member can't vote for himself.

Note: After you won a month's contest, you can create new MCMC topic with format, "MCMC #ContestNumber".
